option for probabilistic tracking
Hello,
What is the default setting for probabilistic tracking of PANDA? there is no option in the GUI.
Such as
number of samples: 5000 ?
Curvature threshold: 0.2 ?
minimum length threshold: 0.5 ?
How to change this setting in PANDA?

Hi Jinsong,
Year, the three default parameters are set as you said.
It cannot be changed. If you want to change it, you can edit the matlab code in files g_OPDtrackNET.m and g_PDtrackNET.m.
