Please describe clearly how to install PANDA on ubuntu 12.04

Hi Pradeepa,
PANDA should base on FSL, but as the manual says:
1) If you use fsl for PANDA, please download Linux centos version for Linux OS (Centos, RedHat, Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.) and MAC version of MAC OS
2) Don't use Ubuntu/Debian version FSL, PANDA will not work with it

If you install FSL and Matlab correctly, PANDA will work well.
You should ensure FSL and Matlab can be opened using the terminal.
1) You can open FSL by input 'fsl' in the terminal
2) You can open Matlab by input 'matlab' in the terminal
If so, then PANDA will work well.
In the appendix of the manual, I have elaborate how to install PANDA.
