Hi,
this error is most likely caused by some connectivity matrices not being read in properly. Try providing the connectivity matrices as a mat file.
Please check to ensure that all connectivity matrices are being read in. If one or matrices cannot be read, the design matrix error is thrown because the design matrix expects more matrices that what are read in.
The design matrix itself looks fine.
