IIT Human Brain Atlas v.3.2 Released Posted By: Konstantinos Arfanakis - Mar 3, 2015Tool/Resource: IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.5.0) Version 3.2 of the IIT Human Brain Atlas was released on 3/1/15. The update concerns the files of the gray matter atlas only. In the previous version (v.3.1), the globus pallidus and ventral diencephalon labels were omitted (and all associated utilities were affected e.g. confidence maps, mask, probability maps, tissue maps etc.). This bug has been corrected in the current version. |
