Marsbar for extracting estimates of connectivity strength between seed region and ROI?
Hi all
I ran a PPI analysis using the gPPI toolbox. I'm hoping to extract some sort of parameter estimate of the strength of connectivity between my seed region and an ROI, so that I can see if the strength of the connectivity is associated with a behavioral variable. If I upload the PPI SPM.mat design file into Marsbar and pull from the (target) ROI I am interested in, will those summary timecourse values represent connectivity strength between my seed region and the ROI specified in Marsbar?
