Defining atlas map region colors?
Hi,

I'm using Nutil Quantifier as part of the QUINT workflow with the Waxholm rat atlas v3. I know that you can change the color of segmented objects using the Custom Regions .xlsx. I am wondering how to change the color of the regions themselves. The color scheme in my Waxholm atlas maps is very visually busy and it can be hard to read.

It seems to me that Nutil alters the map colors in some way, but it is not clear how or where I would go to change it. I tried changing the LUT of the maps themselves, but I get the same output. In the example image I'm attaching, the left is the "original" atlas map, the middle is a "recolored" atlas map with the Glasbey Dark LUT. Both of these inputs result in the output on the right.

How can I go about changing the region colors themselves?
