PPI analysis-how to do ROI-to-mask (not whole brain) analysis?

I am performing the task modulated PPI analysis, and I want to perform the analysis between ROIs and a small mask, to determine which part of this small mask(not the whole brain) related to the ROIs. I am using the gPPI toolbox. Sincerely hope someone can answer. Thanks
