Dear experts,
There is something odd that when I used Advanced ROI feature to get binary mask, after I pressed the button of "save mask", there is no mask shows up in the new file, all image is dark.
I tried a lot of times but the result is the same, I don't know if something wrong with my process?

Hello Min,
  After you've created your mask in the "working region 2" area (Upper Right yellow area), have you committed it to the "final mask" (Lower Right gray area)?
