Constructing node file using MNI coordinate
Hi,
I would like to illustrate my results using BrainNet viewer. May I know what is the format of the coordinations in the 'node file'?
My data has 'MNI/International Consortium of Brain Mapping (ICBM) space' format, and I would like to know if it is possible to
use MNI format for the 'node file' or if any conversion is needed.
Best Regards,
Hamed

RE: Constructing node file using MNI coordinate
Hi Hamed,
In general, the coordinate should match to the surface file. The surface file provided with BNV is in MNI space, so the coordinates in the node file should be in MNI space.
Best,
Mingrui
