Does DeepNeuron toolbox provide trained models?
Hi, there!

I'm running Vaa3d in Linux and trying to use the DeepNeuron tool to do neuron tracing. For the Neurite Signal Detection module, is there any trained model based on fluorescent imaging samples available now so that I can use? (I saw in previous threads that you only have model trained on bright field images.) And also for the Neurite Connection module? Selecting the plug-in leads to Deploy & Trained model loading, but I can't find the right file to load... Hope to get some hints.

Thank you!

RE: Does DeepNeuron toolbox provide trained models?
Thanks for using DeepNeuron. At this moment, other trained models are not available. You can try to follow the instruction in the paper using Caffe (http://caffe.berkeleyvision.org) to train your own model and then use our plugin for prediction.
