How to run analysis in a specific ammount of volumes from the .nii files?
Dear Alfonso or CONN experts,
I have a resting state dataset where each subject has 300
volumes.
Is it possible to run analysis exclusively in the first 100
volumes?
I tried by creating a condition under "rest" that had onle 100 time point but it didnt work, I get error message.
