Hey - I actually have the same question, or, even more specific, how to extract graph theory information like eigenvector centrality from the first level, i.e., for each subject and each subject's session, as I want to  use this data for linear mixed effects modeling outside of CONN. If you, in the meantime, found any further information, I would be super thankful.
