After processing my data, I selected the contrast Experimental group > Control group and Post > Pre in the Results (2nd-level) tab. This resulted in significant functional connectivity between GA and GP, and between MTG and GP.

To examine the contrast values from this ANOVA interaction analysis, I used the Import values option. It then provided me with pre- and post-intervention values in the Setup tab for each connection (GA–GP and MTG–GP).

Is this the correct behavior? I was expecting CONN to provide a single contrast value, rather than separate values for pre and post, since both conditions were already selected in the contrast.
