Hi all, I have some questions, hope someone can help me.

I have done a contrast like group1>group2 and post>pre training. Results show a mismatch between colours of line and rois. I have red roi connected with blue line. How to interpret it?

Second question, how can I compare the pre of a group with the post of the other group?

Last, I average different areas and use this as roi, should I remove these source rois from the target rois?
