Dear CONN Toolbox Support Team,

I have a few questions regarding the process of importing fMRIPrep outputs into CONN:

   When importing the fMRIPrep folder into CONN, is it correct that fieldmap images are not imported automatically?

   In the import process, are the images listed under “Functional” and “Other imaging data (unsmoothed)” both preprocessed versions of the same data?

   
   
   
3. 
   

   Regarding the covariates: are the variables shown in CONN automatically imported from fMRIPrep outputs? If not, how can I properly import or link the covariates generated by fMRIPrep into CONN?
