Dear experts,

I am using a roi to roi matrix to test the connectivity of 55 rois before and after a training post>pre. I realized i inserted a wrong roi (they should be 54), but when i remove it, the results disappear. This seems strange because the unwanted roi was not involved in the results!

i used the key ''analysis of xx connections among xx rois) to select only the desire rois (everyone minus the unwanted)
