Does anyone have a handle on what kurtosis, skewness, variability and frequency variables mean within the context of a dyn-ICA analysis?  I do notice that if I order the dyn-ICA circuits by kurtosis, I tend to see more well-defined functional network segregation in the spatial components (using Schaefer 400).  Is kurtosis in this context reflecting the strength of some aspect of the temporal coherence of the connectivity over time?  I'd love to know more about the other variables, as well, but I haven't found a FAQ on the dyn-ICA materials.
