We are analyzing functional connectivity using CONN, with the upper sensorimotor network as the seed. We interpret the upper sensorimotor network not as a single point but as a seed covering multiple brain regions. From the CONN network file, we confirmed the coordinates of the upper sensorimotor network are (x,y,z; 0,-31,67). Based on these coordinates, the regions potentially included are as follows:
Precentral gyrus (M1)
Posterior Central Gyrus (S1)
Paracentral Lobule
Supplemental Motor Area (SMA)
