Dear CONN expert,

I want to extract the WM BOLD signal and connectivity from both WM tracts and WM matter lesions.
I have the DWI, preprocessed images, and .trk fiber files saved; furthermore, the lesion mapping comes from the FLAIR scan (.nii)

I already ran GM fMRI analyses; now I want to compare them with WM BOLD signal and connectivity.

Attached are the preprocessing and denoising steps I ran.

How should I adjust the preprocessing and denoising steps before proceeding with these new analyses?
