Hello, 

I am trying to calculate resting-state ROI-ROI functional connecvitiy differences between two groups (patients vs. controls), however, I am encountering the following error in Second-Level Analysis:

"Not ready to display second-level Analyses. No conditions found. Please re-run first-level analyses or select different first-level analysis to continue."

In Setup there is only 1 condition (rest), and for 1st-level I select "All conditions" before running.

I reran 1st-level with these parameters and received the same error:

• Analysis option: ROI-to-ROI anlysis only,


• correlation bivariate


• no weighting


• DMN.MPFC as seed 1, DMN PCC as seed 2


• no temporal expansion


• no frequency decomposition

Do I need to change one of the 1st level options or is there another way to complete 2nd level analysis?
