I have an ongoing project in CONN, where I typically run all my second-level analyses in the GUI. We have two conditions (ses-01 and ses-02), all imported from fMRIPrep. Of course, CONN considers connectivity as the outcome variable. Instead, I was hoping to extract Fisher's Z scores of whole-network DMN and SN to then use as independent variables in R. In short, I want to use whole-network connectivity values as predictors in the R space.

How can I extract per-subject & per-condition Fisher's Z scores of whole-network DMN and/or SN? Thank you!
