RE: Excluding Images
Hi Harriet,
For this you would need to create a new condition (in Setup.Conditions; e.g. named 'restFixedLength') where you set the onset/length fields to 0 and 155 times your TR, respectively (these fields are specified in seconds). Then you need to re-run only the Preprocessing and First-level steps selecting the 'skip already processed subjects/rois' option, and then you will be able to perform your second-level analyses selecting the new "fixed length" condition.
(note: let me know if you are not using the latest version of CONN since the instructions on how to best avoid repeating the already-computed processing steps may be different)
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hello,
I have another hopefully quick question. I am analysing a data set with varying lengths of resting state acquisition times - so subject files range from 155 to 300 files. I would like to take the first 155 files for each subject - to make the scan time consistent across sites - I already have included all the files available for each subject - is there an easy way to limit each subject to the first 155 files for the functional images without having to start a new project?
Thanks again
