Analysing .CSV files/matrices
Hello all,
I am trying to analyse some functional connectivity matrices from a resting-state fMRI study. The matrix values are z-scores, derived from a linearization of the corresponding Pearson correlations. Thus, I can use the z-scores directly and don't have to worry about linearity. I am trying to use CONN package to play with the data, but have difficulties importing my data (basically, as I am new to the field and also to the package, I don't know how to do it). I would appreciate if any one can help me with this.
Many thanks,
Amir
