Hi Qian,
It seems that you don't have enough permission to access your image data or toolbox (like PANDA, SPM etc.) as the log file mentioned "Permission denied". I suggest you to copy your files to another directory like /home under which you own the not only 'read' but also 'write' and 'execute' permissions. Finally, you'd better not run the pipeline with data in a portable device like USB flash disk.
