RE: Visualization Color - Surface View
Hi Michael,
Sorry but currently these 3d display views do not easily support the possibility to display two-sided results using different colors. I will add this option to the next release due to come out in a few days.
Best

Hi experts,
I was wondering if anyone knew a way to change the options on the surface view visualization (the one with the semi-inflated brain), so that different colors would be shown for areas from the positive contrast (greater connectivity) vs the negative contrast (lower connectivity). Ideally, I would like to have the surface view show hot colors for the pos contrast vs cool colors for the neg contrast, similar to the visualization shown for the glass brain.
Thanks a lot for the help! Any comments, suggestions would be much appreciated!
