Hi Jisook,
This error message can be associated with switching the focus to a different Matlab window (other than the main CONN gui) before CONN finished refreshing the screen. Could you please let me know if this error arises consistently (is it replicable every time you change the between-conditions contrast values) or whether it was a one-time issue?
