Hi,

As previously mentioned I am interested in testing out the SRS algorithm. On windows 7, here are the steps I have taken along with the error message it generated.

1) open visualstudio command prompt
2) navigate to vaa3d_tools/released_plugins/v3d_plugins/celegans_seganno
3) modify .pro file to reflect:
V3DMAINDIR = ../../../..v3d_external/v3d_main
which is the only v3d_main folder I could find.
4) qmake -tp vc plugin_atlasguided_stranno_partial.pro  [No error message]
5) change properties to 64bit release
6) F7 (build) [error message attached]
