Sweet it worked!... now onto actually using it..
I couldn't find any documentation on this plugin, so bear with me.

1) What exactly should be the format of the "atlas from file"?

1.a) Let's say (for exageration) I have a stack with only 10 different z stacks along the z-axis. Does this mean that z position of cells in my atlas will be limited to 1 of 10 values? or is there a "smart" overlay?

2) What should be the format of the "interesting cell names from File"?
