RE: error loading functional images in set up
Hi Sounak,

I am not sure what you mean by "can't select more than one image". In Setup.Functionals, click on each subject/session, and then in the folder view in the right of the screen browse to the desired folder and select all your 140 files for that subject (using SHIFT-click and/or CTRL-click -for PCs- or CMD-click -for Macs- in order to select multiple files) and then click on the 'Select' button to import those files. If you are more familiar with the SPM gui and the way multiple files are selected there simply click on the 'SPMselect' button in CONN to launch that same gui instead.

Hope this helps

rest: 1:20:140
activation:11:20:140

The functional images folder ( output after being realigned and coregistered in SPM8) has 140 images. But while uploading images in Functional section of the SETUP option I can't select more than one image. As a result I am getting the following error:

ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 functional data has 1 time-points (scans) defined
ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate realignment mismatched dimensions (140 rows, while functional data has 1 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)

What is the solution for this?
How can I select all the images?
