thanks a lot for your quick answer. I generated some statistical outputs but i cannot visualise them with ShapePopulationViewer because they are not in a mesh format, right?
Then, can you please suggest me any tool to visualise my results? I tried with KWMeshVisu but the I cannot easily build the source code. If KWMeshVisu is the only solution could you please send me the link with the most recent source code (possibly without the need of building KWWidgets..)
