The issue is with your text file. I assume this is the direct output of StatNonParamTestPDM? (so this could be a compatibility issue with the older StatNonParamTestPDM and the newer MeshMath)

The text files lists all p-values on a single line, whereas it should have a single per p-value. So you should have 1002 lines with each having a single p-value
