to date, I'm able to produce statistical maps with shapeAnalysisMANCOVA. As my aim is to produce simple between groups t-test maps without covariates, following your recommendation I'm trying to use StatNonParamTestPDM. However I'm experiencing some troubles. In fact when I run:

StatNonParamTestPDM list.txt -surfList -numPerms 20000 -signLevel 0.05 -signSteps 1000

with list.txt being a text file with colums separated by white spaces:
0 1.0 f1_pp_surfSPHARM_procalign.vtk
0 1.0 f2_pp_surfSPHARM_procalign.vtk
0 1.0 f3_pp_surfSPHARM_procalign.vtk
1 1.0 m1_pp_surfSPHARM_procalign.vtk

1 1.0 m3_pp_surfSPHARM_procalign.vtk

The output is:

What went wrong with this? Did I specify the list.txt in a not correct way?
Could you also give us more information about the difference between -surfList and -subjInfoFile?
