StatNonParamTestPDM is an older program that uses meshes in the ITK meta format. So, in order to use this tool, you need to first convert your data from vtk to meta. There is a converter called VTK2Meta in the distribution that should let you do that. Then simply replace the vtk mesh filenames with the ones of your meta meshes and you should be alright to go.
