I have a single subject but the number of sessions for the subject is 6. What will be my second level covariate for  analysing the resting state connectivity for the subject? If I want to get a resting state connectivity map for every single session( for 6 sessions it will be 6 maps) then it boils down to a single subject analysis problem. Am i thinking it in the correct way?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
