Hi all,

After running the first level analysis with conn, I look at the resultsROIsubj# for a particular subject. I have 6 seeds and I am interested in obtaining a value of correlation or z-score of the time-series of two of these seeds. When opening this file I get a 6x6 matrix, which I guess it must be the r values after Fisher transformation to z scores. Is that right?
