I have block design paradigm with one block of rest and another block of activation. The output files produced after 1st level analysis has two beta files named:
BETA_Subject1_Condition001_Source001.nii 
BETA_Subject1_Condition002_Source001.nii

where condition 1 is rest and condition 2 is activation. If want I to get the connectivity for activation block should I choose the  BETA_Subject1_Condition002_Source001.nii file? But both of the files are producing almost similar results. Can any one kindly tell what is the difference in  the procedure while calculating correlation coefficient coefficinets for these two maps?
