BETA values
Hi Alfonso
I have a question regarding the beta values in regressions:
When performing a regression model between my 'all subjects' group and a clinical score (contrast [0 1]) I get significant p values, with beta values of -0.00.
When I look at the same model in SPSS (linear regression between specific ROI-pairs and the clinical score) I get the same p values, but totally different beta values. Also, when creating a scatter plot it's clear that the slope of the fitted line is not 0.
I can't find what is it that I'm doing wrong... I'm attaching an example of CONN and SPSS results for the same ROI-pair. Any help would be very appreciated!
Thanks a lot!!
