RE: setup error
Hello Diksha,
The error specifies that your condition "onset times" extend beyond the end of your actual functional scanning session. The end of your scanning session is determined by the number of functional scans that you have entered in Setup.Functionals (for each subject/session) and the data acquisition TR (in Setup.Basic), and the "onset times" for each condition are defined in the Setup.Conditions tab and they represent the beginning (in seconds) of each condition block within your scanning session.
This error could then be due to:
a) incorrectly specifying your acquisition TR (perhaps you entered a TR value that is smaller than it should be, so the "scan number"-to-"scan time" transformation is incorrectly defined)
b) incorrectly specifying the condition onsets (perhaps there is some typo in the specified onsets and some of those values are just too high; check in Setup.Conditions that your onset times, in seconds, correctly specify the beginning of each condition block for each subject/session)
or c) incorrectly entering your functional data (perhaps you entered in Setup.Functional less scans than your full scanning session; check in Setup.Functional that the number of files reported for each subject/session matches the expected length -number of acquisitions- of your scanning session; even if you entered a single 4d functional file you should see above the functional data image a small text that reads something like "### files with [#,#,#] dimensions")
Let me know if any of these seems to be the case here, and/or if you would like me to further clarify any of the above.
Best
Alfonso
