RE: within subject contrast
Hi Hengshuang,

Yes, that looks perfectly fine, you will be looking at the difference between (task1-baseline1) and (task2-baseline2) connectivity estimates (I am assuming here that you are using weighted GLM first-level analyses; if you are using instead PPI analyses the contrast might be slightly different, since those give you already "relative" measures of connectivity as opposed to the "absolute" measures of connectivity from weighted GLM analyses).

One question about repeated measured analysis. Let us say each subject has done task1 (corresponds to baseline1) and task2 (corresponds to baseline2), and I'd like to conduct within-subject contrasts between these two tasks. So in second-level GUI, I shall select "task1, baseline1, task2, baseline2" and enter [1 -1 -1 1], am I right? Thanks a lot!
