RE: accessing the ICC z maps
Hi David,
The voxel-to-voxel measures for each subject are stored in the folder conn_*/results/firstlevel/. The files are named BETA_Subject*_Condition*_Measure*_Component*.nii, and you can find which one of those measure numbers correspond to the ICC measure by looking at the file _list_measures.txt in the same folder (also if you have multiple conditions you can find which of those condition numbers correspond to each condition name by looking at the file _list_conditions.txt)
