Hi John,
I believe both of the issues that you are encountering may have been addressed in more recent releases, I would suggest to update to the latest release and try again if possible. Let me know if that does not work (or if updating is not possible).

The "contents overloaded" seems to be what recurs.
On a related note, I reran the pipeline after my second-level analysis failed to show my second state several time, though it appeared in the first-level analysis. I started over, and then got this error.
