Just to make sure I fully understand- If I entered motion thresholds (scan-to-scan global signal z-value threshold= 9; scan-to-scan composite motion mm threshold= 2), but did not add them to my list of confound in the denoising tab the motion correction was not performed (and same for ART scrubbing), correct? Does slice-time correction follow the same rules, and was also not performed if not listed in the denoising tab confounds list?
