I would really appreciate some insight into this please.

I was going to run an ICA using MELODIC on the "confound corrected nii files" from the results/preprocessing folder.

e.g. "niftiDATA_Subject001_Condition000"

fslinfo shows that the header information on the nii files contains TR as 1.

Why has this changed?
Do I need to change it back before I run the ICA?

Any suggestions would be most helpful.
