Correlation with seed-to-voxel connectivity
At the 2nd-level, I have a "Subject effect" (entered as a 2nd-level
covariate) that I would like to Correlate with functional
connectivity of a "Seed/Source" (atlas.Hippocampus.l")
How do I specify my model. Given my experience in SPM I would expect to place a 1 for subject effects a 0 for condition and a 1 for Seeds/Sources; however, this does not run (it actually crashes Matlab). When I Display a 1 1 1 analysis in SPM I only see one column in my design matrix.
How do I run a basic correlation/regression with a covariate at the 2nd level in Conn?
