Dear Elveda,
You could simply average the graph measures across your network ROIs (typically network-level graph measures are defined as the average of the individual ROI-level graph measures). One possibility would be to export your graph measures to a csv file and compute these aggregate measures externally (e.g. in Excel or equivalent). If this is too complex and/or your would prefer to do that programmatically let me know and I will send you a small script for running these analyses.
