Dear Thinh,

You probably do not have write-permissions into that folder (.../fsaverage/label/). Simply copying the aparc.a2009s.annot file to a folder where you do have write permissions and re-entering that file into CONN Setup.ROIs tab should fix this issue. Please let me know otherwise
