Condition set as resting state and resting state after task, covariables 2nd level set as 6 genetic types of two genes (3 types each gene).We need to analyse the interaction effects between different genes, but don't know how to choose the options of 'between subjects contrast' and 'between conditions contrast'. please reply ASAP,thanks!
