There should additionally be a DATA_Subject001_Condition000.matc file which will have the denoised BOLD time series data for all defined conditions.  See here for a little more detail: https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...

If you have just the one condition, you can use conn_matc2nii('DATA_Subject001_Condition001.mat') to create a nifti file of the denoised data.  If you have multiple conditions but want to create a nifti file of just one of them then you'll have to split them up, see here: http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...
