RE: No BOLD variance in first level?
Hi Kristina,

One possible reason for that would be if you have only checked the 'ROI-to-ROI' pipeline in the Setup.Options tab (in that case no voxel-level data is extracted so those displays would simply not be available). If this is the case and you would still like to see these displays simply re-run the Setup step (clicking 'Done' on the Setup tab and selecting the "do not overwrite" option to skip already-performed steps) and after this you should again see those plots in the Denoising tab.

Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi Alfonso,

I am using Matlab 2011a and CONN 15.e, which I used successful a few months ago. I have since added more participants to my ROI-to-ROI analyses. However, now after Setup on the Denoising screen below "BOLD % Variance Explained" it reads "No data to display." Yet, I can see timeseries for each of conditions (and ROIs if I move them into the confounds column) for each participant. I did preprocessing in SPM8 and have imported the spm.mat files for each participant, entered the smoothed structural files, the normalized functional files, the movement confounds, and covariates. Do you have any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Thank you for your help!
Kristina
