Dear CONN Users,

I have only two scans of one subject with different TR and different number of scans. I want to compare the connectivity strength between these two scans. I have processed them separetely and I got the fist-level-analysis, but I did not have too many experince to understand first level analysis results.  I got the files resultsROI_Condition001.mat and resultsROI_Subject001_Condition001.mat. Could you please explain the values under SE and Z? Are these connectivity matrix?
